What Does Our Service Cost?

Nothing! Well of course it costs you as and when we take a booking (see below) but we charge no ‘joining’ fee and no annual marketing fee, or anything else we might try and think of. From day one we invest in space on the internet for your property, adding it to our own web site and buying pages within the holiday ‘portals’, but we do this all at our own risk, in the certain knowledge that we will soon recover this investment when we start to take bookings on your behalf. This makes it a ‘no risk’ decision for you, costs you nothing, you can tell us at a moment’s notice if you don’t want us involved any more, you keep complete control of your property (of course) and we just apply our expertise and time to bring you bookings at the best possible rate we can achieve, never at a rate below any minimum you may wish to set. If you decide to keep all your current systems for finding holidaymakers in place that too is fine, we know better than most it takes a lot of effort to fill a diary, the more help we get, or more properly the help that we can give you, the better.

As well as the obvious internet marketing activity we pay a visit to your property the next time we are passing (with your prior approval) and amongst other things we take high definition photographs and video, measure the size of each bed and TV (you would be surprised how many times we are asked that question!) and check the direction of the pool. The photography is used on the web site both as ‘stills’ and is also converted to a ‘video’ to be posted on our channel on YouTube. We also produce printed material relating to your specific property, posted to your future guests to whet their appetite for their holiday to come.

We work with your ‘on-site’ agent (you still need the sheets changing, pool servicing etc etc) and if you either don’t have an agent or you have a bad one we can give help there as well thanks to our network of fellow owners - we are in daily contact with agents throughout the world so we know which ones are doing a good job.

We collect all the money due to you, manage any ‘breakage deposits’, conduct all the necessary correspondence with the holidaymaker and send you 80% of the money collected, retaining 20% as our commission. We agree with you in advance what other costs (minor repairs etc) we should take care of and wherever possible we recover this from rents received and the deposits paid.

You DO NOT pay commission twice. We only receive commission for bookings we take, there is nothing else to pay. There are many more benefits that come from working with us, the best way to find out is to ‘join up’!
