Who are we?

A team of dedicated marketing professionals supported by a growing telesales team

All properties within one resort are allocated to a team who concentrate on that geographic area so that they are able to use their knowledge of market conditions, competition, rates etc. to ensure that we maximise the return we achieve on your behalf

You will be introduced to the members of that team and they will be your point of contact for all matters to do with the marketing and the management of your holiday home

We are based in Sandbach, Cheshire, we gaze out across the Trent & Mersey Canal and dream of the sun shining on the water while everyone else enjoys relaxing by your pool! (Or Ski Lodge, Devon Cottage, whatever)

Never heard of us? That is because we are happy to be invisible. We provide our service in the front line but the holiday makers initially assume they are dealing with the home owner. This gives them a better feeling about the place they are renting, they take greater care of it, and they come back next year as they enjoy staying with ‘friends’ - more good marketing! Note however that we do not at any point claim to be the owner, we are agents, working on behalf of the owner.

The Guarantee? Little need for a guarantee as there is no fee nor risk from working with us but the moment you say you no longer wish to do so we of course withdraw our services and hand over any details relating to bookings already taken. We ask that if practical you honour those bookings and our commission earned.
