Where Do We Operate?
While in theory we might operate anywhere people may wish to rent holiday property we currently concentrate on Florida (the Orlando region in particular but also the coastal regions) and the Mediterranean countries (at the moment mainly Spain and its off-lying islands as well as Cyprus at the Eastern end of the Mediterranean). We recently added a number of city centre properties in New York, Paris, London, Barcelona and Miami. Our reach is growing all the time, if you own a holiday property try us, we love to explore new areas and will do our utmost to match your property with our holidaymakers.
In Orlando we look after 2 to 4 bedroom condos and 3 to 7 bedroom luxury villas, all with private swimming pools. With year-round great weather and of course the attractions of Disney, Universal, Sea World etc there is always interest in holidaying in this region.
A quite fabulous location properties down on the Gulf Coast of Florida may only be let for a minimum of a month at a time. Fabulous beaches, a very relaxed lifestyle, a truly wonderful place to spend a month or more kicking back, enjoying the best life has to offer.
In Mallorca we have properties ranging from 2 bedroom apartments just by the Yacht Club in Andratx to luxury 5 bedroom villas overlooking the Mediterranean. With easy access from anywhere in Europe our properties are no more than a half hour drive from Palma airport.
The Cypriot way of life will enchant you. Be prepared to slow down, relax, as you find your way around this historic region, enjoy the local sights, taste the local foods, enjoy the glorious weather. A real favourite with the British given the long history these countries share.
